Tonight's Movie: The Pink Panther (1963)
As a child, Princess Dala is given, by her father, the largest diamond in the world, in which if you stare into it can be seen a "Pink Panther" hence the name. Bumbling and conceited French police inspector Clouseau (Peter Sellers) tries to catch The Phantom, a daring jewel thief whose identity and features are unknown - and is acting right under his nose. Directed by Blake Edwards, also starring David Niven, and Robert Wagner.
